Pai Gow Poker is a current game with ancient origins. Founded on the ancient Chinese domino game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker combines the east with the west in a wonderful game for beginner level players.

A 5 card hand and a two card hand need to be put together from the seven cards dealt, the 5 card hand has to be stronger than the 2 card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand totals to be larger than the dealer's.
