Web poker has become globally famous lately, with televised tournaments and celebrity poker game shows. Its universal appeal, though, stretches back in fact a bit farther than its TV scores. Over the years several variants on the first poker game have been created, including a handful of games that are not quite poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is 1 of the above-mentioned games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely affiliated with vingt-et-un than traditional poker, in that the gamblers bet against the casino rather than each other. The winning hands, are the traditional poker hands. There is no bluffing or other types of concealment. In Caribbean stud poker, you are required to pay up prior to the croupier broadcasting "No further wagers." At that moment, both you and the casino and of course all of the different gamblers acquire five cards. Once you have looked at your hand and the bank's first card, you need to in turn make a call wager or accede. The call wager's value is on same level to your beginning ante, which means that the risks will have doubled. Giving Up means that your wager goes directly to the casino. After the bet is the face off. If the bank does not have ace/king or better, your wager is returned, plus a sum in accordance with the ante. If the bank does have ace/king or greater, you succeed if your hand is greater than the bank's hand. The dealer pays out chips equal to your original bet and controlled expectations on your call bet. These expectations are:

  • Equal for a pair or high card
  • two to one for 2 pairs
  • 3-1 for three of a kind
  • four to one for a straight
  • 5-1 for a flush
  • 7-1 for a full house
  • twenty to one for a 4 of a kind
  • 50-1 for a straight flush
  • one hundred to one for a royal flush
