Leading Ten Hand Procedure in Poker
This is,by far, one of the most important ideas in Texas Holdem. Playing a top 10 tactic is the absolute first tactic that players need to learn considering that it teaches the competitor great behaviors that will lead to following gains.
Folks are always asking me what a good, complete strategy is for a beginner participating in Texas Hold'em. My answer is always the same, play a top ten strategy.
Top Ten strategy, applies to the top ten pockets hands that you can get. These hands are a pair of aces, KK, QQ, ace-king suited, jack-jack, 10-10, nine-nine, eight-eight, ace-queen suited, and seven-seven. The tactic suggests that you just play these hands. This will proceed to very conservative play, but for a newcomer to holdem, conservatively is exactly how you want to compete.
It feels like to me that I am constantly seeing newbies participating very aggressively, they're the first ones to go all in, and that's generally the incorrect strategy. If these newbie players would stay with a top ten poker strategy, they routinely would come out much better in the long haul. More significantly, this reserved top ten poker strategy will educate the beginning competitor endurance, which is the most critical ability that a hold'em competitor can have.
